Goal: lose 10% of my body weight in 5 weeks.
The plan: eat 1,200 to 1,400 calories a day and burn 1,000 calories with exercise 5 to 6 days a week.
The reward: I get to try a set of those knew body wraps every one is talking about right now. I would really love it if it would help firm my stomach skin.
Today was the hardest day for workouts so far. I was hungover from yesterday. I felt ill during two of my workouts but I pushed through.
Breakfast today: Eggs, potatoes, toast and blueberries: 343 calories
Lunch: Eggs Benedict, used a Hollandaise mix to make a lower fat and calorie sauce, served on half a whole grain English muffin topped with a medium fried egg and veggie hash from Word of Mouth. (I take the hash home uncooked so I can cook it without all the oil.) ? 246 calories
PB and J with more blueberries before Zumba Fitness class.
Dinner is a Cajun chicken salad with homemade Orowheat bread croutons (and a glass of wine and two salt water taffy): 354
Calories for the day: 1,346
Exercise Burned: 1,005
Exercise done: 47 minutes Zumba Fitness, 30 minutes aerobic circuit training, short run and walk.
