Customer review site Yelp Inc. will start providing content that appears on local search pages in Microsoft Corp.'s Bing service.
The San Francisco Business Times reports that San Francisco-based Yelp (NYSE: YELP) and Redmond-based Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) didn't give any financial details about their arrangement.
Starting Thursday, the program, dubbed "Powered by Yelp," will put snippets of reviews, photos and information about businesses on Bing local search pages.
Mike Nichols, general manager of Bing, called Yelp "a proven and trusted resource."
